• Kommunikation mit Banken, Debitoren und Kreditoren bei Problemfällen

• Stellvertretung des Buchhaltungsmitarbeiter bei Abwesenheit

• Umsatz verbuchen und kontrollieren

• Debitoren

• Tägliche Debitorenkontrolle

• Fakturieren und verschicken

• Kreditkarten verbuchen

• Kontrolle und Unterschrift Debitorenrechnungen und Mahnungen

• Kreditoren: Kreditoren erfassen, Kreditorenzahlungen erstellen

• Zahlungsaufträge vorbereiten

• Miscellneous Konten Opera verbuchen

• Kontrolle und verbuchen der F & B Rendite

• Mithilfe beim Erstellen der Rendite

• Konti Nebenbetriebe führen

• Konti Kontrollen

• Interne Verrechnungen zum Monatsabschluss

Ihr Profil:

• Kaufmännische Lehre / Hotelfachschulabschluss

• Gute buchhalterische Kenntnisse

• Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil

• sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse

• Teamgeist

• Gute Umgangsformen
