Generate the reports required by the company and/or by the client. Analyze critical tasks, work estimates, problem control, communications and documentation What we need to see from you Profile: Systems engineer or related careers with at least 3 years of experience in coordinating highly complex technological projects focused on Managed services. Required skills: Experience with technology services, preferably oriented to the administration and coordination of activities. ITIL 4 certification Why should you join our team?
