You may be a great fit for the Customer Success Team, working directly with a selection of our most strategic integration vendors to improve the value, selection and convenience across our global business’s.

We are looking for an individual who will collaborate with internal teams, to provide vendors with the support, resources and tools they need, to maximize their performance and satisfaction at Oracle Hospitality and Leisure.

This position will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Vendor Services Program and will be focused on driving business growth/success for the most strategic hospitality integration vendors at Oracle, ensuring vendor and customer satisfaction with the program through a high level of service and maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities

What you will do

You will influence building, supporting and executing strategic joint business plans with our vendor community and collaborating with them to explore innovative ways to develop amazing partnerships.

Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary technical escalation point of contact for assigned vendors.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with vendors.

  • Address vendor queries and concerns promptly and effectively

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor vendor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to Customer Success Management Leadership.

  • Identify areas for improvement and work with vendors to implement changes.

Support and Troubleshooting:

  • Provide technical support to vendors, helping them resolve any issues they encounter.

  • Collaborate with the technical support team to address more complex problems.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of the OHIP platform.

  • Communicate new features and updates to vendors, ensuring they understand how to leverage them.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure vendors have the necessary resources and support.

  • Gather feedback from vendors and share it with internal teams to drive product improvements.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate and analyze reports on vendor performance.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve vendor success and satisfaction

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong technical integration skills, account management and/or vendor management skills. They should be able to deliver services as per agreed service levels, manage workflows in a fast paced work environment and actively participate in contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Hospitality or related field

  • 5+ years experience in account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in using CRM and other vendor management tools.

  • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software quickly.
