As an Online Brand Protection Consultant you'll work closely with our clients to support their online brand protection strategy, and enforce our client's intellectual property rights. We're looking for a dynamic intellectual property professional to join our growing online brand protection team.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and analyzing the use of clients' IPRs online to identify infringements

• Managing client relationships, including support with online brand protection strategy, software training, enforcement and regular reporting

• Communicating with platforms and ISPs to remove IP law infringements

• Advising clients on the best practice to protect their brands online

• Working with internal and external partners to ensure desired client outcomes

Requirements

• Have excellent English skills

• Be a detail-oriented, tech-savvy problem solver

• Demonstrate good prioritization and project management skills

• Be a customer-oriented person who will go above and beyond for our clients to achieve their goals

• Display prior work experience in IP, online brand protection and client-facing work

• Demonstrate good understanding of IP law and online commerce

• Have a Bachelor's / Master's degree in a relevant field
