Fujitsu SNOC (Security & Network Operations Centre) Agent in United Kingdom

Your role will involve:

The SNOC Agent will work on a shift basis to provide continuous coverage of the SNOC and to carry out the initial triage and resolution of Security-related events and incidents using CA Service Desk. This will be in line with agreed processes and procedures and will be supported by appropriate escalation paths.

The role holder will be self-sufficient and have recognized specialist skills supporting multiple products to maintain the availability and security of the service. The role holder will deliver medium complexity work packages as part of customer implementation projects and can understand complex situations and activities, communicating basic technical information to non-technical people.

The role will have no team management responsibilities.

Your transferable skills and experience:

  • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tooling

  • Application Security

  • Vulnerability Management

  • Network Security

  • Threat Intelligence

  • Security Products and Architecture

  • CA Service Desk

  • Strong communicator, attention to detail, able to work well in a team environment.

Awareness and experience of the following technologies would be desirable:

  • Network devices – Juniper Firewalls and Switches; NTP devices; and Citrix Application Delivery Controller (formerly Netscaler)

  • Network Management – Junos SPACE; SolarWinds

  • Infrastructure – VMWare vSphere; Windows Server (AD, DNS, WSUS and RDS); McAfee AV; SQL Server; Exchange Server; RHEL; SharePoint; NetApp Storage
