Position: Product Manager - EPM Cloud Platform
We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and high energy Product Manager to lead cutting edge advancements in the EPM Cloud Platform which forms the technology foundation for EPM Cloud Applications across domains.
You will be working on innovative customer oriented projects focused on providing strong performance, top class usability, and likable user interface and popular core platform functionality.
The role will also involve working on cutting edge solutions like EPM Cloud FreeForm Apps and Strategic Modeling which leverage the best that EPM Cloud Platform has to offer.

Location: India. Hyderabad or Bangalore preferred.
Position Description:
Be a functional expert capable of establishing relationships with highly technical Development teams.
Understand current and future technology and identify opportunities for its use to benefit customers.
Work with Dev teams on technical solution document to ensure that it is aligned with the functional expectations.
Critique user experience, and app interface design.
Collaboratively with UX design teams to deliver top class usability in the Platform.
Communicate with other product management and development and quality assurance team leads within EPM and beyond on Platform requirements and deliverables.
Build hands on customer and sales facing demos and work closely with Demo teams.
Provide input into product assessment and roadmap through industry and competitive analysis, partner/customer/sales input, technology trends and other means.
Interact with customers on enhancements and escalations. Understand customer business processes and get a complete 360 degree understanding on the related requirements.
Uphold product quality to highest standards. Ensure quality testing is in line with focus on customer use cases.
Work closely with Info-Dev team to create launch deliverables like New Feature Summary, What’s New and TOI's, videos and tutorials.
Deliver product functionality training to the internal teams (e.g., Documentation, Quality Assurance, Demonstration Services, Support and other development teams within EPM), and to external entities such as Partners and Alliances.
Communicate verbally and in writing at all levels within the internal organization as well as at varied levels externally (senior executives, partners, and end users).
Create high value concise content and deliver confident presentations to internal and external audience.
Become the subject matter expert of any assigned product, product area, industry, technology or other area through independent research, study and other means. This includes understanding related business processes and how enhancements and new technology would position the related product as an industry/area leader.
Responsibilities
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years in customer-facing EPM Cloud/Hyperion consulting experience in Planning or Essbase implementation.
Strong functional understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
Strong communication and presentation skills and thoroughness and completeness in creating presentations.
Knowledge of effective and unique User Interface techniques/tools.
Proven ability to build data-driven product experiences, use of app analytics and wire-framing.
Excellent hands on knowledge of MS Office solutions.
Customer focused and driven to excel in customer satisfaction.
Ability to listen calmly, assimilate and think holistically about product features and user scenarios.
Self-starter and motivated in an ambiguous and rapidly-changing environment.
Ability to thrive in fast paced environment and learn quickly.
Desire to work in a cross-functional, global team environment across time-zones.
Degree level (BS/MS/PhD): BS/MS
Accounting/Finance/Computer Science/Engineering degree or equivalent.
Advantages:
