Brief Job Description

1. SDEA management

• To co-ordinate with RPPs and different stake holders to finalize and update SDEAs in all regions.

• To draft SDEA's whenever required.

• Review Safety Data Exchange Agreements for RI, RIII, RIV, RV, RVI, RVII

1. Targeted Follow up activity & Twenty Minutes Training(TMT)

• To manage and co-ordinate monthly Targeted Follow up process for as per RMP commitment

• To monitor and co-ordination of Twenty Minutes Training (TMT) with preparation and publishing of monthly TMT calendar.

1. Pharmacovigilance audits, inspections

• Prepare for all-time readiness for Audits and Inspections Perform internal review of SOP compliance and identify areas of improvements

• Perform internal review of SOP compliance and identify areas of improvements

1. Management of Procedural Documents

• Preparation/review of SOPs and WPDs inline with the guideline requirement

• Conducting discussions/meetings for development of the SOPMPD/Guideline
