Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead Consultant

Lead Consultant is an individual contributor directly involved in customer implementations. As a senior member in the team, you would be responsible for providing inputs to feasibility of a solution and proposing solutions that are scalable. Lead consultant will also be overall responsible for teams delivery quality on project. Lead consultant would advise PM on the engagement with inputs on any issues faced during implementation.

  • Very strong technical consultant who can Provide Functional/Technical Leadership to CX Engagements

  • Provide Solution for customizations/integration in CX

  • Interact directly with customers and peers across Oracle in arriving at optimum solution

  • Gather functional/technical requirements in CRM-CX Integrations/Extensions

  • Perform Quality Assurance at the unit and system levels

  • Provide good technical and business advice to the customer at all times with respect to the final solution and its successful adoption

  • Guide junior team-member in delivery of their customizations and ensure the solution approach is as per the best practices

  • Follow the project through to the successful adoption of the solution

  • Form and test hypotheses based on a methodical examination of detailed evidence

  • Design and implement robust systems and processes, running an efficient and organized operation

  • Undertakes complex analysis and traces performance implications through complex data, or in dealing with complex situations

  • Formulate a broader perspective of an issue by recognizing the interrelationships and interaction between elements

  • Arrive at coherent conclusions through a consistent application of reason and rigorous analysis

  • Deliver to clear outcome-based targets and measures

  • Work with a strong sense of urgency towards getting the job done

  • Picking new areas/product feature/technologies evolving in Oracle Cloud

Should have

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or MCA or M.Sc. Computer Science.

  • 6+ years experience as developer in ICS/OIC, Oracle SOA , VBCS/JET, Data Migration.

  • Flexibility to be a lead or individual contributor

  • Hands-On experience.

  • knowledge on Oracle SaaS modules, preferably CX.

  • Worked on at least 3 projects as a lead.

  • Knowledge on third party integrations with CRM modules like Salesforce, ServiceNow, MS Dynamics an added advantage

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Must have worked as a lead in more than 3 projects.

  • Played customer facing role (onsite lead).

  • Worked on automation or solutions and handle presales.

  • Good knowledge on Oracle Cloud offerings (SaaS and Paas) and web services

Added Advantage

  • Knowledge on PCS/BPM

  • Knowledge on OEC/CPQ/Service Cloud/Field Service/Marketing Cloud

  • Knowledge on integrations with third party applications like Salesforce.com(SFDC), ServiceNow, MS Dynamics, SAP CRM
