We are seeking a strong leader to drive the growth and operational excellence of a Healthcare API catalog. In this role, you will lead and develop an engineering team focused on expanding API catalog capabilities and adoption across the globe, while elevating quality measures of existing services and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The primary objective is to enable high-quality product integrations for Oracle Health partners and clients via Healthcare API. You will foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the software engineering team.

As a Manager, you will apply your technical and organizational skills to solve delivery, support, and operational optimizations, while driving execution of roadmap commitments. You will work with a variety of technical, functional, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of API catalog advancements. By engaging with product and engineering leaders across the organization, you will influence product strategy, define technology roadmaps, align timelines, and resolve conflicts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing software engineering teams, including large-scale organizations.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in designing, delivering, and operating large-scale distributed systems.

  • Prior experience in owning and managing SaaS/IaaS services.

  • Demonstrated success in leading small- to medium-scale cross-organizational initiatives.

  • Proven success in driving operational excellence and achieving top level service quality metrics.

  • Strong background in software engineering, including web service technologies such as APIs, REST, etc.

  • Proficiency with DevOps principles and tools, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, infrastructure automation, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
