What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute an appropriate GBT strategy for LAC Clients Worldwide presence that adds value to the client’s business.

  • Formulate business plans by conducting Expectation Meetings with key client contacts that enable the client’s worldwide and regional vision to be realized.

  • Create strategies and execute tactics to align with AMEX GBT business strategy and meet P&L goals (i.e. expansion, cross-selling, retention, profitability improvement).

  • Obtain worldwide and regional client agreement on measures of success, keep client engaged, and monitor performance to ensure scorecard metrics are met or exceeded.

  • Assess risk and develop strategies to mitigate by utilizing the at risk/rebid process.

  • Conduct regular worldwide and regional business reviews in accordance with AMEX GBT strategy and procedures.

  • Collaborate with regional and local peers to drive global business plans and growth opportunities where appropriate.

  • Maximize all interactions with the client to demonstrate the value of AMEX GBT products and services.

  • Use the Value Proposition to create interest for key contacts, open the door to new relationships within the organization, and continually reposition value with ongoing contacts.

  • Be prepared with competitive information that helps to quantify the value that AMEX GBT’s products and services bring to the client.

  • Leverage internal partner expertise to bring meaningful, relevant insight to your client.

  • Place value on knowing all aspects of key client’s business. Recognize the criticality of an in-depth understanding for creating solutions that result in client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • -Bachelor of Tourism Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.

  • -Fluent in English

  • -Microsoft Office proficient

  • -Experience in handling a complex and corporate based customer’s portfolio.

  • -Influencing and negotiating customer decisions.

  • -Identify assigned portfolio potential and manage according to sales plan.

  • -Building winning relationships with corporate contacts.

  • -Development of deep understanding the customer and market.

  • -Strategic plan execution for the development of corporate customers.
