How will you make an impact in this role?

The role of product marketing executive will be responsible, along with the Product manager, of executing the Central Payment product and solutions strategy, involves competitive and market analysis, development of new solutions, integrating partners to fulfill our customers changing needs.

This position will help execute Amex Commercial product management, new product enhancements and create new business model for Central Payment products, as well as to organize and coordinate the implementation efforts of new products and projects. This person will identify market needs and issues and solve them, interacting with x-functional teams such as sales, account development teams, marketing, technologies, Legal and Compliance teams, etc; Responsible of testing, implementation, support and post-implementation monitoring of market specific projects and products. Helps to develop new product features and capabilities and optimizing the operation and Product Line strategy of our current product portfolio to optimize profitability. 

As part of the product portfolio, this role is also responsible for acting as the primary point of contact and maintain strong relationships with Travel management companies that operate clients using our products and provide training and support to them and address and resolve any issues or concerns related to the usage of our products.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience and practical success in relevant disciplines: product management, product development, business development

  • Ability to navigate a large global organization and develop strong relationships across multiple teams

  • Understands Industry trends; Competitive advantage; understanding on competitors' solutions and their offerings

  • Strong strategic, analytical thinking

  • Ability to understand and solve problems /issue management

  • Ability to navigate the organization and develop strong relationships across multiple teams

  • High detailed, oriented in execution, reliable, produces outputs of quality

  • Strong focus on driving results and collaboration across diverse teams

  • Project Management skills

  • Understands general process flows across an organization

  • Work under pressure and resilience

  • Vision, innovation and creativity

  • Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English (oral and written)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technology proficiency

  • 3 years in product management, travel management or related role

  • Education: Batchelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business administration, Marketing, technology
