We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the success of this exciting venture.

Explore your journey ahead

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in the leadership team for Advieh, overseeing various offerings including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service. Your natural sense for hospitality and your commitment to excellence will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our restaurant and bar.

  • Work closely with our Head Mixologist, Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager and Restaurant and Bar Manager and create a collaborative team environment.

  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant and Bar.

  • Ensure seamless service delivery during breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service.

  • Train, mentor, and lead our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team and ensure smooth communication between front and back-of-house.

  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation and service.

  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

What we need from you

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food and beverage industry.

  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
