As a Monitoring Engineer supporting monitoring services you will join one of our Enterprise Management teams. You will provide responsive, professional, and competent technical support for selected Clients from a wide portfolio of Customers based on Nagios technology.

Your responsibilities:

• To administrate and maintain environment including tasks such as:

• Managing agents (installing, updating, repairing)

• Setting overrides and custom configuration

• Creating custom monitors and rules based on current needs

• Upgrading/patching monitoring application

• Investigating alerts from monitoring application

Our requirements:

• Experience in any enterprise monitoring system (Nagios/SCOM/Check_MK/Zabbix)

• Good knowledge of Linux server system administration

• Knowledge of Windows server system administration, management and tools (Windows Server 2008(R2), 2012(R2), 2016)

• General understanding of networks, firewalls and proxies

• Good problem-solving skills

• At least B2 level of spoken and written English including technical vocabulary

Good to have:

• Understanding of integration of monitoring tools with ITSM systems

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM tools (Incident, Service Request and Change Management activities)

• Scripting experience in Powershell/Perl/Bash
