  • Key r esponsibilities and authority

Core duties, tasks, and responsibilities expected in the role. This includes the breadth and depth of the responsibilities to assess the level of complexity and impact. What decisions may the job holder make without first seeking approval from higher manager/supervisor? Does the role have signatory rights?

  • Lead and manage people including regular 1:1 sessions, appraisals, and coaching.

  • Enforcement of best practices and company policies.

  • Maintain Corporate Compliance.

  • Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.

  • Work with vendors to meet companyproduct/service demands and identifytransition impact.

  • Support and enforce strategies independently and take ownership of projects end-to-end.

  • Manage vendor performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Reducepotential risks related to vendors.

  • Support leadership responsible to coordinate IT assets.

  • Maintain and enforce renewal cycles.

  • Preparation of proposals for software optimization and its updating.

  • Verify business demand, authorizations and initiate procurement processes with procurement team.

  • Support purchasingteamson communication with resellers and vendors.

  • Governance and monitoring oftimely renewals for the entire group of the company.

  • Manage inventory and license Governance

  • Track monthly device deployment schedule, returns and repairs to mitigate the over issuance of equipment to employees or projects.

  • Identifying and managing contract consolidation opportunities.

  • Update logs, prepare reports and submit to management.

  • Good communication skills

  • Mature attitude towards challenges and problem solving -

  • Manage pressure effectively and cope well with setbacks

  • Taking ownership of assigned responsibilities, including self-study and research

  • Being able to work to tight deadlines and with switching priorities

Key r equirements

Outline the essential competencies and characteristics that candidates must demonstrate to contribute to our diverse, inclusive culture and succeed in the role. These may include:

  • Experience with Computing, Printing, Mobile and Handheld Management.

  • Experience with service administration portals for assigning and monitoring installed printing software, configuration and support mobile devices.

  • Experience in troubleshooting software problems, both at the organizational and technical level.

  • Knowledge of licensing principles, and differences for different countries.

  • Knowledge in licensing of major vendors (Software, Hardware, Computing, Mobile, Printing, etc...).

  • Experienced in IT asset management principles and practices.

  • Experience in auditing from vendors.

  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Good stakeholder engagement and management skills

  • Good Customer and Business focus

  • Problem-solving abilities to see issues through to resolution.

  • Ability to manage conflict and understand others.

Education / Qualifications

Identify the essential qualifications, education, and certifications necessary for success in the role.

  • UnderGrad/Graduate degree in IT or equivalent experience in IT asset management related areas

  • Experience in a similar position, preferablyin a multinational company operating under regulated market for at least 5 years.

  • Experience in leading people and managing vendors and third partypartners

  • Knowledge of Technology: MS Office, ITIL, Service Now, Confluence

  • Ideally formal education and certification in ServiceNow modules and associated business processes (Cobit, ITIL, Prince2, PMP);

  • Experience in SAP preferred.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, ITIL, Service Now
