With the guidance and support from the Brand Manager, the Assistant Brand Education Manager will support Clinique, Lab Series and Origins to build and manage the relationships with Regional Brands on all aspects related to brands’ education including new products, innovation, claims, region-wide campaigns and launches for the brand cluster.

  • Develops, leads and manages Brand Education & Brand specific Education Strategy for the market; construct Education Calendar for the Fiscal aligned to Global and Regional Strategy.

  • Interprets and adapts global and regional programs and curriculums for local relevance and delivery.

  • Collates and communicates relevant marketing information quarterly across the relevant commercial teams.

  • Leads and oversees full Brand Education curriculum including planning and scheduling in accordance with Brand standards and timelines - Digital platforms for self-learning and zoom seminars.

  • Develops specific locally relevant instore Education content for Commercial sales including product leave behinds information, instore services menu, guidelines and How To's, tools, coaching tips and instore checklist; Prepares all relevant brand education documents for upload to SharePoint, Teams and Retail Platforms

  • Creates, writes, develops and oversees locally relevant Social Media Education Modules to upskill local brand talent for internal Brand and external consumer facing digital platforms, including use of new technology, iPhone apps and multimedia, video and editing.

  • Collaborates with Brand leadership team to provide seamless partnership and Education expertise and input relevant to all departments.

  • Provides Education related guidance and expertise to Consumer Engagement and Digital Marketing teams on product ingredients, benefits and legally approved product claims.

  • Manages and allocates Brand Education Budget to plan.

  • Identifies skill build opportunities capability gaps in Artistry brands where applicable and develop education programs to upskill consultants for virtual services.

  • Well-versed for public and media appearance, skilled in product application and demonstration, creative content creation and ability to be a spokesperson on Social Media.

  • Works in collaboration with Digital Marketing and Consumer Engagement on virtual platforms providing at home skincare and makeup service consultations for consumers - e.g. zoom master class, one on one virtual services/selling.

  • Partners with online for content needed to boost sales.

  • Conducts special events in partnership with Retail Marketing & Digital, CE.

  • Utilizes skincare and makeup expertise as well as extensive product knowledge to write scripts and design skin care and makeup looks for educational consumer facing CE content.

  • Works with Digital, CE on video and content creation to support new product launches, heroes, consumer education, technique, application, product information & latest trends via our brand social media platforms - IGTV, IG Stories, IG Live, images,

  • Works with Creative Services to provide Education authority in production of instore consumer facing Education tools, service menus and VM.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience with a general degree, preferably with a diploma in Training & Development, ACTA certified.

  • Strong in oral & written communications skills.

  • Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Maintain a good knowledge of current, modern training methods and techniques.

  • Demonstrates innovation and creativity.
