Description

What You'll Do

Your core responsibility is to understand customers' business requirements and challenges and implement standard methodology based, innovative solutions using Oracle's Cloud Applications and Technology solutions. You will have opportunities to engage with a variety of customers from all sectors and industries, including manufacturing, banking, telco, education, government and many others. As an Associate Consultant Apprentice, you will:

  • Provide domain expertise in the Oracle Cloud applications or technologies you specialize in

  • Communicate and collaborate closely with clients and key users for complete analysis of business requirements

  • Liaise with sales, consulting, project management, and offshore delivery center

  • Configure the application to meet the client’s business process and requirements and develop workarounds as necessary

  • Demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems and management of configuration/prototype workshops

  • Develop and document testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing

  • Facilitate train-the-trainer or end-user training

  • Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations with other systems

  • Assist in Post-Production Hypercare

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skills; attention to detail

2) Eligibility Criteria

Trainees eligible for the CLT must minimally be:

  • Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR).

  • Able to commit to completing the full training programme.

  • Able to meet the hiring requirements of the companies.
