Description

The Oracle Customer Success Services team helps customers improve their current investment in Oracle Hardware, Applications and Technology products including Engineered Systems. CSS assists clients to transform and evolve their business by using our Award-Winning Global Support organization and network of Cloud Data Centers, Technical specialists, leaders, engineers, and services Infrastructure. As part of an ambitious team, you will help craft the future of businesses of all sizes use technology to connect with customers to transform their businesses with Cloud at Customer and IaaS, PaaS, Bare Metal and SaaS services. Customer Success Services enable our client’s journey to the Cloud while preserving their existing investment.

What You'll Do

This is your chance to work with the people who are leading the cloud revolution. As Associate Software Engineer Apprentice, you will:

  • Implement and support Oracle products on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (SaaS/ IaaS / PaaS) based on Customer Success Services standard methodologies.

  • Writing automation scripts using Python, Java, Ansible and cloud native toolkits.

  • Helping with fixing of production issues and customer partner concerns.

  • Acquiring practical experience with common problems of mission critical systems, focus on the Infrastructure /Database performance monitoring areas.

  • Taking part in technical discussions and contributing to design or developing new tools.

  • You will get your hands dirty with challenging problems and will get a chance to use your talents.

  • Broadening technical and soft skills with the help of our training programs.

2) Eligibility Criteria:

Trainees eligible for the CLT must minimally be:

  • Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR).

  • Able to commit to completing the full training programme.

  • Able to meet the hiring requirements of the companies.
