Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Associate Developer apprentice to join our team and help us deliver outstanding user experiences across our digital products. You will collaborate cross-functionally to understand user needs, craft intuitive interfaces, and ensure flawless interactions. Your primary focus will be on improving the usability, accessibility, and visual appeal of our products.

What You’ll Do

This is your chance to work with the people who are owning the technology revolution. As an Associate Developer Apprentice, you will:

  • Work hand in hand to understand the user behaviors, needs, and motivations.

  • Build user personas, user journeys, and other relevant design documentation.

  • Learn how to develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to illustrate design concepts.

  • Chance to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to iterate on design concepts and ensure technical feasibility.

  • Incorporate user feedback and conduct usability testing to refine and improve designs.

  • Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines throughout the development process.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in UI/UX design.

  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the overall design strategy of the company.

  • Basic understanding of adaptable and mobile-first design approaches

  • Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Good knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

2) Eligibility Criteria

Trainees eligible for the CLT must minimally be:

  • Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR).

  • Able to commit to completing the full training programme.

  • Able to meet the hiring requirements of the companies.
