What You'll Do

The responsibilities of a Solution Engineer Apprentice are broad and the challenges are demanding. You will be expected to constantly deliver more – more innovation, more value for our customers, and more revenue. This position offers you an opportunity to work with customers across a variety of market segments and industries. In addition to understanding the key requirements of these businesses, you will deliver demonstrations to show the functional and technical capabilities of Oracle’s Cloud solutions that meet the customer’s needs.

As a Solution Engineer Apprentice, you will:

• Work alongside sales representatives to support business targets by providing technical and business consulting for expertise cloud and hybrid solutions

• Be responsible for discovery calls, solution architecture designs, and delivery of solution demonstrations and high quality technical presentations to customers and prospects

• Provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology to client business

• Provide product & solution-positioning enablement sessions to sales associates

• Design, validate and present Oracle solutions with advanced product concepts, features and benefits, strategic direction, and third-party complimentary products

• Participate & present in customer workshops

• Develop and manage customer references through high quality technical engagement and professional relationships

Trainees eligible for the CLT must minimally be:

• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR).

• Able to commit to completing the full training programme.

• Able to meet the hiring requirements of the companies.
