What You’ll Do

As a leading contributor within the practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistently high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team.

You will:

  • Be a Consultant/Delivery Manager and have extensive NetSuite ERP implementation/optimization expertise

  • Analyze business needs to help ensure the Oracle NetSuite solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining leading practices, product knowledge, and business acumen

  • Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and delivering solutions

  • Work closely with the rest of the customer success team by quickly assessing client needs, developing innovative plans to solve their problems and implementing these plans to the client's satisfaction

  • Have a passion for business and the associated Cloud technologies, as well as advanced analytical problem-solving skills, applied to help clients find creative ways to run their businesses more effectively

Other responsibilities include:

  • leading the optimisation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality solutions within constraints of time and customer prioritisations.

  • providing direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influencing customer leadership on key decisions.

  • being responsible for managing clients in post go-live environments.

  • being adept at managing the delivery of NetSuite application functionality.

  • working with technical and performance experts at NetSuite to get the best outcomes for your Customer.

Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients is a top priority. In this role, you will often be working under pressure, working with several customers simultaneously and striving to meet customer expectations.

Ideally with 7+ years NetSuite hands on implementation/optimization experience. Your 7+ years consulting experience with other ERP solutions is a definite plus. The role is located in Singapore, with the ability to travel up to 15%.
