Description and Requirements
Billing Validation:
Own the end-to-end billing validation process for EMEA.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure all necessary documentation for billing exceptions is provided.
Identify and resolve incorrect transactions or those requiring further details.
Billing Systems Management:
Oversee the EMEA billing process for service partners.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, resolve discrepancies, and optimize billing procedures.
Validate supplier invoices and manage issues arising from bespoke projects or time and materials services.
Utilize billing processes to ensure an auditable system for processing invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining supplier billing records.
Reconcile payments with services received and ensure all transactions are properly accounted for.
Continuously evaluate and refine billing processes for better accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct monthly forensic analysis of vendor-submitted billing data.
Generate regular reports on billing metrics to inform management decisions and support financial planning.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Cost Analysis and Cost Take-out
Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end service delivery process.
Identify high-cost activities and suggest actions to improve efficiency.
Share best practices with other geographic teams and apply them to EMEA.
Provide monthly reviews to executive management and report results against targets.
Drive cost-saving initiatives and manage a cost take-out governance and execution process.
Service Reporting and Analysis:
Generate and present reports on service performance, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Generate and manage delivery scorecards and service delivery management dashboards.
Support management by identifying areas for improvement and driving data-driven decisions.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in financial or cost analysis or services operations, preferably in a tech company.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communication skills
Experience in managing vendors.
Ability to organize and present data meaningfully to upper management.
Strong data mining and data visualization skills.
Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.
Advanced Excel skills preferred.
Familiarity with MS 365, Power BI, and Power Automate.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.750 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.
