Your day at EssilorLuxottica

• The GLE Asia Senior Process & Equipment Engineer mainly works as a resource or leader in project, RTE (request to engineering) or SR (study request) to support Essilor base plants and other internal customers with expertise as following aspects,

• Provide technical support and guidance (Troubleshooting, Audit, Training)

• Contribute and support on new product industrialization

• Develop new product according to customers' needs

• Promote and support ndustrial performance improvement

• Contribute and support on EHS group policy deployment

• Propose production improving idea with innovation card

• Working on the GE internal SR for feasibility test of improving idea or new product

• Capitalize, promote and reinforce expertise sharing in technologies, processes, products, equipment and organization

• Support his/her manager on GLE proposition for each team activities

• Support on team growth with coaching on technical side

• Communication with all entities in Essilor and partners to ensure the work efficiency

• Working with QMS guideline to be sure all activities are handled with right procedure

Must have

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Automation, Materials Engineering or related discipline with at least 5 years of work experience in a related field

• Knowledge of Chemistry e.g. chemical raw material, mixing or blending , chemical reaction, chemical formulation, chemical analysis (solid, viscosity, coating thickness) on Hard coating vanish Knowledge of Hardcoating e.g. monolayer or bilayer , HC dip process

• General knowledge on equipment, Fundamentals of mechanical
