On With Life Dietary Aide in United States

We have both part-time and full-time Dietary Aide positions available that primarily work between hours of 5:30am-2pm and 10am-7pm, with an every other weekend. rotation (you'll work less weekday hours that week). Holidays are on a rotating schedule; Dietary Aides work approximately 2 each year (with special holiday pay).

Dietary Aides start at $15/hour with potential adjustments for previous experience. We do annual raises based on budget capacity, and you also have the opportunity for a discretionary bonus at each annual anniversary. This position is eligible for a 401k match, PTO and long-term sick pay, and other benefits depending on total hours worked, such as subsidized health, dental and vision insurance. What do Dietary Aides at On With Life do?

Dietary Aides assist the cooks with all aspects of our high quality, nutritious food service, including preparation, serving and cleanup in accordance with person-specific dietary restrictions and needs and facility, industry and regulatory safety standards for kitchens and dining spaces.
