As a remote Software Development Intern on the Digital Commerce team, you will drive dentistry forward by creating innovative software that puts the customer experience first. Our tightly knit agile team places a strong focus on Lean Startup concepts. We love A/B testing and making data driven decisions.
In this role you will learn how to perform code reviews, QA, create documentation, write clean maintainable code, and build intuitive software in a fun, collaborative environment.

Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent course of study
Ability to work up to 16 hours per week

*This position is a field-based / territory-based / virtually- based / remote-based position that does not require consistently reporting to a physical Benco location.
The base pay range of $12/hour represents the undergraduate hiring pay and $15/hour for graduate program students that meet the minimum qualifications. Actual pay can vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The hiring pay listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include Benco Bucks, hands-on job experience, and potential full-time employment.
