Job Profile:
Do you have collections experience, patient financial experience?
Are you experienced with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance healthcare processes?
Have you used reports to gather data, conduct outreach and create professional correspondence to clients?
Are you comfortable with financial conversations; communicating approvals, renewals or denials?
Do you have experience in health care revenue cycle; including billing, collections and customer services?
Do you have knowledge of community resources in Boulder, Broomfield or other communities?
Can you navigate health care system and acquire data from them?

You will report to the Program Manager and this may be a hybrid position.

What We Need:
Two (2) years experience in health care revenue cycle tasks, such as, billing, collections, or customer service
Basic experience with Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets); pull and manipulate data to be useable, such as delete/add rows, adjust columns, sort, filter
Format letters, build a mail merge to create client letters
