Summary

Conducts intelligence analysis and production to support intelligence requirements as required. Analyzes, describes, delivers, and assesses the Operational Environment in coordination with the Intelligence Community, DOD, Multinational Partners, and other organizations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Researches, analyzes, and develops intelligence products

  • Provide senior level analytical continuity and subject matter expertise in all-source intelligence, human intelligence, and geospatial intelligence, along with a range of SME related tasks.

  • Prepare and present intelligence products; assist in establishing and maintaining systematic, cross-referenced intelligence records and files; receive and process reports and messages; assist in determining the significance and reliability of incoming information; and assist in the analysis and evaluation of intelligence holdings to determine changes in an adversaries capabilities, vulnerabilities and probable courses of action (COA). Collaborate with outside agencies and ensure that contributions are made in a timely manner.

  • Conduct research and analysis of tactical to strategic-level operational variables (political, military, economic, social, infrastructure, information, physical geography, and time (PMESII-PT)) and civil considerations (areas, structures, capabilities, organizations, people, and events (ASCOPE)) to support the description of the current and future operational environment.

  • Provide written papers/products and be able to produce coherent threat assessments on complex topics within reasonable but critical deadlines.

  • Write complex assessments at the strategic/national level, employing structured analytic techniques, and with a narrative to inform all levels of leadership. Must possess strong oral communication and presentation skills, with extensive experience briefing senior decision makers.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Geography or one of the geospatial sciences with 5-8 years’ experience OR at least 10 years of applied GIS experience

  • Experience: Proficient with GIS tasks, specifically: Proficient using ArcGIS Desktop/ArcGIS Pro (or equivalent) as an analytic, data visualization, and map production tool for all - source information; Geodata discovery collection, capture, conversion and formatting; Geodata storage, organization, and management; Data aggregation, manipulation, standardization, and management ; Structured Query Language (SQL) syntax, spatial queries , tabular/aspatial queries, and Boolean logic; Qualitative and quantitative mapping methods; Map compilation, design, production, interpretation, and data visualization ; Geocoding, geolocation, and georeferencing.

  • Incumbent must possess active DoD TS/SCI Personal Security Clearance.

    Security Responsibilities

Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures.  Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval.  All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.

  • Incumbent must possess active DoD TS/SCI Personal Security Clearance.

  • Preferred: TS/SCI with CI polygraph

    Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

    Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

  • May be required to travel CONUS/OCONUS <20%
