Nutanix Marketing Programs Manager - Channel in United States
The Global Demand Strategy Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Programs Manager – Channel to support the creation, execution, and enablement of integrated global partner marketing programs. This role requires program development, hands-on implementation, project management, creative problem solving, and an understanding of the business priority goals and objectives. This role will work with global stakeholders enabling them to leverage programs and campaigns to deliver positive business outcomes.
An ideal candidate has a mind that is equal parts creative and analytical, providing strategic solutions to business problems and think globally. Ideal candidates are passionate about enabling field and partner marketing teams, testing and learning, and driving conversions and achieving goals. The role will collaborate with many functional teams including various marketing teams, sales, enablement, business development, operations, and others.
3+ years’ experience in B2B demand generation, salesor industry marketing role.
Experience with enablement and engaging sales or marketing teams
Experience with marketing programs/campaigns including email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and marketing analytics
Experience with program/campaign reporting and data analysis
Experience directing the work of others including agencies, stakeholders, global teams, etc.
Track record of developing and managing multiple global marketing programs simultaneously
A strong team player – comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders – product marketing, global marketing and sales teams
Excellent understanding of both marketing concepts and metrics
Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email and other digital campaign optimization
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and problem-solve.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously · Understanding of technology buyer journeys and post-sale support
Experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using marketing tech such ask Marketo and Salesforce.com.
Experience using, XiQ, Adobe Target, or CMS, ABM and targeting marketing platforms a plus
Knowledge of SPLASH OR HTML/CSS skills a plus
