ICONMA, LLC Master Control Operator in United States
Monitor and maintain on-air continuity.
Take appropriate disaster recovery action when necessary.
Verify that program segments start and end clearly.
Verify all commercials, promos, and graphics air as schedule.
Monitor closed captioning, subtitles, and V-Chip for accuracy.
Monitor feeds for correct language distribution.
Requirements
Have knowledge of broadcast automation systems, video servers, and graphics generators.
Minimum of 2 years of events live operations or master control experience.
Must possess excellent organizational skills, good verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in computer knowledge.
Must be able to handle high pressure multi-tasking situations while acting in a professional manner.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in communication arts or Radio/TV/Film preferred.
Broadcast Automation experience preferred.
