Join Our Team as a Network Engineer!

A bout the Role: We a re revolutionizing our critic a l infr a structure oper a tions a t the Inc ident Oper a tions Center (IOC) by enh a ncing monitoring a nd problem resolution. A s our on-site Network Engineer, you will be the vit a l link between Network Engineering a nd the IOC, providing technic a l expertise , service document a tion, a nd network design/ a utom a tion. This role offers a unique opportunity to g a in exposure to a wide r a nge of IT issues, inc l u ding systems a dministr a tion, security, a nd networking.

The IOC services the c a mpus 24/7/ 365 d a ys on multiple shifts. You will begin on the first shift (8:00 a m – 5:00 pm) sh a dowing Network Engineering a nd the IOC technici a ns g a thering inform a tion a bout the processes a nd ch a llenges. Eventu a lly, this position will work on either the 2 nd or 3 rd shift .

S a l a ry R a nge : $55,000-$65,000 commensur a te with experience

Qualifications

  • B a chelor’s degree or equiv a lent experience

  • Two ye a rs of networking design experience

  • Export Control requires US Citizenship

  • Must be a ble to multi-t a sk a nd work in a coll a bor a tive te a m environment

  • Strong interperson a l skills

  • Prefer red: C ross-disciplined IT skills, strong problem solving a nd client rel a tions skills , a nd report writing

  • ITIL knowledge is a plus
