We are seeking a talented Junior Hyperion Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a desire to specialize in Hyperion Planning and Essbase, helping us deliver exceptional EPM solutions for our clients. You will play a vital role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of these powerful applications.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications.

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Hyperion applications

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Hyperion-related issues

  • Manage daily maintenance and operations of Hyperion Planning and Essbase

  • Develop and implement security measures for Hyperion applications

  • Create and maintain Hyperion application documentation

  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions

  • Support deployment and user training activities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience developing applications using scripting languages (e.g., VBA, Python)

  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts (e.g., SQL)

  • Working knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Planning and/or Essbase

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience migrating Oracle EPM 11.1 to 11.2

  • Hands-on experience with data integration tools (e.g., ODI, Informatica)

  • Experience with data warehousing concepts

  • Experience with Oracle database administration

  • Experience developing reports using OBIEE or Hyperion BI Benefits of Working at ManTech DTCD

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance

The projected compensation range for this position is $66,800-$111,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
