Project Coordinator II / Financial Analyst Location: Culver City, CA/ Hybrid Duration: 6 months Description: Assist business development team with regular day to day management of video business. Such tasks include managing client TV channel price increases, eCopy code requests as applicable, help prepare keynote slides, assist with weekly/monthly reporting, miscellaneous video projects, aggregating internal data, light reporting and/or tracking, managing client TV channel sunsets across client, verifying dates across internal systems, etc. Call Notes: The role heavily involves modeling and finance work. The finance team currently uses data points to generate numbers and it improve accuracy due to daily involvement with the numbers. Data is pulled and synthesized from online systems. Focus areas include run rates and box office conversion. Historical data is used to predict future performance. The role includes access to various ad hoc projects and systems. Responsibilities may include creating keynote slides, Subscription sales are at risk and E copy codes generation for physical media. Ideal candidate knows the industry, but data skills are transferable. Prefer bachelor's degree, but open to associate degree. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in finance or modeling. Key skills: Analysis, forecasting, project coordination, detail orientation, presentation. Existing models in Excel, proficiency required. Suitable backgrounds: business development, financial analysis, transactional business in studios.
