As the Project Manager, you will manage TDG installation projects from initiation to completion. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating teams, ensuring protocol adherence, and identifying sales opportunities and process improvements. You will cover all stages, from the sales handoff to installation and post-installation support. Under the guidance of the, you’ll manage IoT and network equipment for the system while encouraging customer relationships to enable follow-on sales. As a remote position, you will still be required to visit customer locations on-site with up to 15 nights of overnight travel per month.

You Will:

  • Define project deliverables, scope, timelines, and resources by collaborating with stakeholders pre-order.

  • Identify opportunities for additional sales while minimizing troubleshooting.

  • Coordinate with all partners for seamless project delivery.

  • Negotiate and manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, tracking equipment and material supply.

  • Provide post-installation support to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

  • Estimate costs and manage project budgets.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations, including acquiring necessary licenses and permits.

  • Partner with external customers to support future business development.

  • Contribute to internal programs and initiatives to expand TDG’s offerings.

  • Communicate regularly with sales, product management, and senior leadership on project status, customer updates, and new opportunities.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • 5+ years of operational experience, with at least 3 years in commercial project management.

  • Experience managing both technical and non-technical resources indirectly.

  • Proficiency with web-based applications, including CRM systems, job tracking, scheduling, ERP, expense reporting, and billing systems.

  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time.

    The expected salary range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
