工作职责:

1.监督服务员的具体操作,保证服务工作符合酒店标准。

2.督导服务员做好开餐前的准备工作,着重检查用品、物品是否齐备、清洁和无破损。

3.检查桌椅的摆放是否规范,菜单、酒具是否卫生并无破损。

4.根据宾客用餐情况,灵活安排满足宾客的各种用餐需求。

  1. 向宾客推荐菜式、饮料,主动介绍菜单。

岗位要求:

1.中专以上学历或同等学历,具有1年以上本岗位工作经验。

2.热爱服务行业,有较强的事业心和责任感。

3.掌握一定的菜肴、食品、酒水、烹饪等方面的知识 。

4.具有熟练的餐饮服务技能和技巧。

5.身体健康、仪表端庄。
