Senior Product Line Director
Job Description
Renesas is seeking a Sr. Product Line Director in Plano Texas.
Qualifications
Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for the DC-DC product line.
Drive new product development, product launches, and product life-cycle management.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for new products and product improvements.
Manage pricing and gross margin for the product line
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
Manage the product line P&L and financial performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
15+ years of product management or marketing experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on power management products
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps
Strong technical knowledge of power management products and applications
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
