The Engineering & Product Development team is looking for a Software Implementation Analyst that likes to work on high value (revenue) projects with large scale customer impact. Are you ready to:

  • Responsible for planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems, cross-functions and cross business domain within the aviation flight crew area.

  • Works on high value (revenue) projects with large scale customer impact and able to operate under limited direction and minimal oversight. Able to delineate requirements to solve complex business problems using differing technologies and systems views across multiple functional domains (within company and between company and its customer) on high profile and/or mission critical efforts and projects.

  • Ability to provide strategic direction and plan strategically for current and future business environments, including future technology and business design changes to create flexible solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of systems flows, engineering documentation, tools and architecture concepts required. Provides functional/technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

  • Expert in-depth knowledge and able to represent all customer’s and industry needs; typically leads and coaches a team of subject matter experts and help them to upskill.

  • Creates Business Plans/supports (including business cases) to assure plans meet company goals and integrates these with technical programs and project plans.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, to serve as lead conduit between developers, architects, designers and with external and internal customers.

  • Supports Development staff by assisting with functionality questions, addressing testing issues, training on new products and all delivery planning aspects for deployment of a service or product, as assigned.

  • Subject matter expert in functional domain; provides guidance and direction to less experienced business systems analysts.

    Our ideal candidate has:

  • Minimum 5+ years related experience.

  • Crew Planning, Schedule, Tracking, Crew Training and Crew Rules expertise.

  • Hands on experience/expertise in the Crew Management area – either worked in airline in scheduling, training, tracking or the end-to-end implementation of crew enterprise systems.

  • Advanced computer software skills.

  • Proven leadership ability.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively interact and engage in executive (C-Level) discussions

  • Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously while delegating work to subordinate or less experienced team members.

  • Able to achieve success by building extraordinary teams with exceptional people

  • Requires understanding client-server architectures and the integration with legacy systems.

  • Strong domain knowledge in Airline crew scheduling, flight crew planning, or flight operations

  • Knowledge of airline regulatory requirements regarding flight crew duty, and flight period limitations.

  • Able to execute customer facing workshops e.g., User Training, Scoping Study Workshop, Interactive Pilot, Customer Validation Testing etc.

  • Able to define airline crew department’s business processes

  • Ability to work on MSOffice with good presentation skills (power point) and fluency in MS Excel

  • Able to write customer requirement documents with detailed business needs and acceptance criteria
