Description:

  • Lead technical evaluation of products/ tools to ensure that the proposed solution adheres to organizational requirements, adapts to new requirements and changing technologies to meet business objectives.

  • Collaborate with other technical team members (ie. BSA/Sys Analysts) to ensure best practices, standard methodologies and processes are executed.

  • Develop and maintain clear documentation to describe program design, development and modification, and perform troubleshooting.

  • Updates system and support documentation as necessary to reflect changes to programs, solutions, reports and interfaces.

  • Define technical project scope, approach and types of resources required for system implementations and upgrades.

  • Provide technical assistance in drafting RFPs.

  • Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.

  • Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs.

  • Plan, develop, test and implement IT system solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity as well as support business strategies and goals.

  • Perform application installation/upgrades/maintenance of applications to serve new purposes or improve workflow.

    Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Programmer, Systems Administrator, or related role.

  • Minimal 2yrs experience w/SQL & SQL Server

  • Experience in IT Infrastructure (Windows Server Platform) and cloud technology (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) relative to application platforms.

  • Minimal 2yrs experience w/ETL processes and workflows

  • Comprehensive understanding of IT security best practices and threat protection

  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations.

  • Ability to learn proprietary technologies such as vendor specific scripting languages.

  • Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
