Technical Program Manager Experience : 13 - 14 years Roles and responsibilities ● Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical initiatives/streams, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to program plans and objectives. ● Define program goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership team. ● Develop and track program schedules. ● Conduct risk assessment and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize risks and issues. ● Ability to prioritise the initiatives and strike conversations with senior leadership. ● Coordinate and communicate programs status, status updates and milestones to stakeholders ● Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams ensuring aligned program objectives and deliverables. ● Proactively identify and track dependencies that may impact program timelines and quality. ● Monitor and track program performance, utilizing project management tools and methodologies, and implement corrective actions, as necessary. ● Stay updated on Industry trends, emerging technologies, and program management best practices and apply them to enhance program delivery and efficiency. Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. ● Minimum 13 to 14 years of experience in technical project management or program management roles. ● Strong understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies ( Agile, waterfall) ● A mindset with "Get the things done " ● Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering technical complex programs within scope and schedule. ● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders ● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. ● Experience with Project/program management tools ● Prior experience in a product-based company is a must.
