Top growing Real Estate development, management, leasing and construction company is looking for a Property Accountant. The accounting team has very little turnover and a lot of tenure.

Minimum requirements include commercial property management accounting experience including month end close and financial reporting, strong communication skills and solid analytical skills. BS in Accounting or Finance is also required. Candidates out of public accounting with Real Estate clients will also be considered.

Base salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 plus bonus depends on experience.
