Inventory Associate is a vital role in the daily operations of our facility. Examples of roles within this position are locating and moving bins using PIT, correcting bin information, all while making safety the number one priority. The Inventory associate will need to be able to read labels and document and report information
While performing the duties of Inventory Associate, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces; moving mechanical parts; fast paced warm/cold environment. Positions require standing and sitting down throughout the shift and the use of PPE is required in all areas of the facility.
Perform repetitive tasks. Examples include:
Ensuring food safety and quality
Cleanliness and housekeeping
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to work in a cold to warm environment
• Ability to handle meat products
• Previous production experience
• Previous Cargill experience
• Work history in the past 12 months
