Based in Wahgunyah/Corowa, the Uncle Tobys factory produces nutritious snacks and cereals. In this dynamic role you will support the maintenance team targets, processes and systems.

You will be a reliable team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, who has the ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Position Summary

• Managing and participating in the repairs and maintenance of site plant and Equipment.

• Carrying out servicing routines on plant, equipment, and services.

• Reducing the amount of unplanned stops through fault analysis and line improvements

• Improving operator maintenance skills.

• Commitment to continuous improvement of manufacturing industry skills, production

• process, plant efficiency and reliability.

• Maintain and improve OH&S standards in the workplace.

• Maintain and improve Quality and GMP standards in the workplace.

A day in the life of

Your duties will be to provide a high level of technical support for our Engineering and Manufacturing Teams which will include: implementation of preventative maintenance activities,

breakdown diagnosis and repair of faults, machine modification, trouble shooting and root cause analysis, knowledge sharing, and implementation of minor projects and commissioning.

What will make you successful

Maintenance and or engineering industry experience.

Knowledge of WHS standards and application

You will demonstrate strong communication skills

Reliability and a high degree of flexibility is required including the ability to work shift work including weekends
