*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES *
- Scheduling work and estimating projects.
- Project Management.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Proactive safety planning and execution.
- Subcontractor and vendor relationships.
- Coordination with field forces.
- Cost control of projects.
- Ability to grow book of business.
Ability to react quickly to request of field associates and client needs.
*SKILLS *
- Knowledge of safety best practices and procedures.
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and respond quickly to requests of customers and superintendents.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Ten or more years of sheet metal experience in the industrial market.
- Ten or more years of field install experience and understanding of the sheet metal shop environment.
- History of managing multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
