Adecco US, Inc. Project Management Specialist in Wall Township, New Jersey

Adecco is partnering with a client in search of a Project Management Specialist. This is a full time, permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide support to operational teams to enhance program and project management performance.

  • Assist in achieving cost delivery, and quality objectives across all projects.

  • Aid in managing risks and opportunities related to costs and schedules across projects.

  • Synchronize planning of project schedules and resources to ensure optimal utilization.

  • Report irregularities regarding planned cost and schedule objectives to mitigate potential risks.

  • Consolidate and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track project progress.

  • Support the estimating process and contribute to the development of the annual Design Engineering department budget.

  • Maintain the files for the Design Engineering department to ensure skill alignment with project requirements.

  • Prepare and deliver summary project performance reports to senior management.

  • Collaborate with tiger teams to facilitate task completion efforts.

  • Identify areas for continuous process improvements and make recommendations for implementation.

  • Fulfill other duties as assigned by the VP of Engineering to support departmental objectives.

Requirements include but not limited to:

  • Proficiency in Program and Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong ability to produce and maintain schedules to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles to support cost management objectives.

  • Understanding of aerospace change management procedures to navigate project complexities.

  • Ability to conduct effective meetings to facilitate communication and decision-making processes.

  • Skilled in generating and delivering status reports to stakeholders at various levels.

  • Preferred: Project Management certificate, PMP certification would be advantageous.

  • Knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) methodologies.

  • Familiarity with Safran One Develop and Prompt methodologies is a plus.

Limited travel may be required for training purposes and occasional visits to other business locations.

Salary:

$100,000-110,000

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
