One of our clients in the Walnut Creek area is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a contract to permanent placement opportunity. This position is hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.

How you will make an impact

• Completing bank and general ledger reconciliations

• Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close

• Following federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements, implementing adherence to requirements, filing reports, and advising management on needed actions

• Executing accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks

• Preparing the trial balance and financial statements, including, but not limited to, balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows

• Carefully filing documents to preserve historical records

  Requirements

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proficient with QuickBooks Online

• 3+ years of Full charge bookkeeping experience

• Outstanding skills in analyzing financial data and promptly generating accurate reports

• AA degree or higher in Accounting or Business recommended

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
