Description We are seeking an IT Security Manager to join our team in Waltham, Massachusetts. This role involves overseeing the security measures protecting our digital systems and data. You will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies, auditing systems for vulnerabilities, and maintaining security-related documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security strategies to protect digital systems and data

• Audit systems for potential vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures

• Manage access control for digital systems to ensure security

• Oversee the implementation and management of security systems such as EO/IR systems and IDS

• Conduct regular network vulnerability assessments and take necessary action to mitigate risks

• Document all security protocols and procedures

• Liaise with the team to ensure the security of database systems

• Monitor and respond to security incidents in a timely manner

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in IT security

• Implement and manage CCTV systems for physical security where necessary Requirements • Proven experience as a Security Manager for a minimum of 7 years

• Demonstrated proficiency in various security systems including Access Control, Database, Detection, EO/IR systems, IDS, CCTV

• Expertise in Auditing and Documentation related to security measures and breaches

• Experience in the Casino Gaming industry and its related security requirements

• Proficiency in the identification and management of Security Vulnerabilities and Network Vulnerabilities

• Knowledge and experience in managing Cyber Risk

• Ability to Implement Security Strategies to safeguard the organization's assets

• Evidence of continuous learning and upskilling in the field of security management

• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey security protocols and procedures to staff and management

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to make swift decisions during security breaches
