PeopleReady of Warren, OH is now hiring Restoration Cleaners! As a Restoration Cleaner, you will be responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences or office buildings.We are seeking detail-oriented Restoration Cleaners to join our team. As a Restoration Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in restoring properties to their pre-loss condition after fires, floods, and other disasters. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all affected areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, leaving behind no trace of damage or contamination.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Janitor:

  • Clean and sanitize structures, contents, and personal belongings affected by fire, water, smoke, or mold damage.

  • Remove debris, dirt, and residue from surfaces using specialized cleaning equipment and techniques.

  • Perform detailed cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and other soft furnishings to remove stains and restore freshness.

  • Wipe down walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to remove soot, smoke, and water stains.

  • Communicate effectively with restoration team members providing updates on cleaning progress and addressing any concerns.  

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

  • Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or related fields is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in fast-paced environments, managing time and tasks with precision.

  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment commonly used in restoration settings.

  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. 

  • Background check and Drug test required.
