LifePoint Health RN Nursing Supervisor - FT Days/Rotate Weekends in Warrenton, Virginia
The Nursing Supervisor assumes shift accountability for hospital operations and provides direction and assistance to the primary caregivers in patient - care areas.
- Acts as a clinical and administrative resource to staff.
- Coordinates and directs activities in emergency situations.
- Counsels and directs unit resource nurses and staff in provision of direct nursing care.
- Functions as a patient advocate. Investigates and resolves patient/customer and staff complaints. Seeks guidance as necessary.

Minimum Education □ Bachelor’s degree X Preferred □ Required

Minimum Work Experience Required: 5 years of experience as Registered Nurse in a hospital setting. 3 years of progressive managerial experience.
