Medtronic Customer Care Associate Specialist in Warsaw, Poland

In this position you will be able to use your proactive and problem-solving geared mind-set while dealing with interesting and rewarding cases of varying complexity. You’ll be a part of the OU Solutions team in the Warsaw Center of Expertise, that offers End-to End support for MCS (Mechanical Circulatory Support/Heartware), Clinical Orders management and Big Capitals.

A Day in the Life

• Directly supporting Operating Units across the whole of Western and Central Eastern Europe.

• Processing orders End-to-end: order Intake and management until goods delivery. As well as: Invoicing, Returns and Disputes, all with the highest focus on Patient Safety and Customer Satisfaction.

• Informing stakeholders of shipment and invoicing status, in cooperation with Outbound and Transportation departments, as well Sales teams, Regulatory, VAT team’s, Contracting, Pricing, Marketing (...).

• Supporting the Operating Units with operational knowledge in decision making.

• Looking for ways and opportunities to improve processes and tools.

Must Haves

• Spoken and written proficiency in English is a must (minimum C1 or equivalent).

• Comfortable with M.S. Office – namely Excel and Word - and willingness to develop.

• Proactive and investigative mindset as well as a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Being a Team-player and being able to work independently on moderately complex projects with general supervision.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Spoken and written fluency in English is a must.

• Being willing to suggest enhancements in processes, solve problems or improve effectiveness.

Nice to Haves

• Experience within a Financial Shared Services Environment or Customer Care.

• Experience in using SAP.

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Change Management procedures.

• Project management skills.
