CUSTOMER STARTEGY & PLANING SENIOR SPECIALIST

BUSINESS CONTEXT AND BACKGROUND

  • The job posting concerns a position in the Customer Strategy & Planning department in Personal Care category

  • The person on this position will be responsible for trade marketing support on Modern Trade Market (Value Channel & eCom Chains)

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating trade marketing plans, tools and activations corresponding to channel and business needs

  • Preparing promo plan strategy for all Value Channel and eCom Clients including: timing, portfolio, price and mechanism recommendations

  • Creating new, effective promo tools from concept, creation, to post-evaluation to increase sales and profit

  • Looking for and deployment of solutions that increase efficiency, sales and market shares of UL Brands

  • Close cooperation and coordination actions between marketing, planning, sales and POS departments

  • Prepare post-evaluation of trade activities to develop insights and recommendations

  • Regular analysis of market trends and competitors' activities

  • Create trade presentations and support materials for CD Department

  • Preparation trade materials and workshops for the top UL Clients

  • Take part in Customer meetings (presenting promo plans and UL long term strategy)

  • Effective control on promotional, repacking and POS material budgets

  • Work experience in trade marketing department

  • Visible customer orientation and shopper needs knowledge

  • Crucial are analytical and presentation skills

  • Perfect knowledge of English

  • Ability to work under time pressure and influencing others

  • Communicativeness and openness to cooperation in a team,

  • Ability to build relations with Customers / external Partners

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Power Point) is a must
