Position Overview:

We are currently looking for Global Order Management Analyst to join our outstanding team in Warsaw, Poland for a 2 year contrac t, you'll processes customer orders or changes on orders from sales staff or direct customer contact, whilst verifying the accuracy of orders and order changes and resolves order problems with customers or sales staff. Maintains customer files with sales contracts and other information and be expected to operate under moderate supervision.

What will be my responsibilities?

• Acting as a customer and/or Distributor interface

• Administration of Sales Agreements for the duration of the deals

• Order Booking in Company ERP System (SAP)

• Backlog Management

• Customer billing / invoicing Management

• Project and process improvement engagement as required

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Experience in an Order Management / Sales Support role.

• Experience in a Multi-National company environment.

• Strong SAP knowledge

• Proficiency in written and spoken English is important for international sites

• Location: Poland Only!

• Position Type: Fixed Contract (2 years)
