The Senior Business Analyst acts as a trusted advisor to internal customers and builds effective relationships by consistently collaborating with other functional leaders and teams. This role is responsible for effective implementation and/or support of process improvements identified by leadership, support a continuous process improvement and change management culture and as well as support with detailed process map and procedure documentation.
The Senior Business Analyst EMEA reports functionally to the Head of Product EMEA/APAC within CBRE Investment Accounting & Reporting.
Main responsibilities:
Process Improvements Implementation
Support the creation of business cases and project charters/framework
Coordinate process improvements meetings and agendas
Partner with business leaders from various functions/countries in order to understand business requirements for effective process improvements implementation.
Support the implementation of process standardization, templates, internal controls, etc.;
Work in partnership with CBRE learning & development on procedure documentation and e-learning materials.
Drive periodic process map and procedure documentation updates within various functions.
Support in driving change management efforts alongside Product team Leaders
Continuous Improvement
Provide ongoing process excellence support to EMEA/APAC/US leaders and operations.
Support continuous process improvement and change management culture.
Coach colleagues in the use of business process improvement tools and methodologies e.g. Lean.
Partner with business leaders in identification and implementation of potential quality, service, and productivity improvements.
Project Management
Manage a detailed project/program plan to track progress and perform risk management to minimize projects risks.
Manage internal stakeholders’ expectations and development of relationships to maximize value from delivered initiatives
Supporting new systems implementation, if applicable
Ensure smooth and efficient communication with all stakeholders to keep them aware and aligned; effective risk and issue management as needed
What are we looking for?
Min. 4 years of experience & successful track record of process improvement and transformation including direct involvement in strategic projects & programs of high complexity,
Strong track of practical application of Six Sigma, Lean, and Change Management methodology and tools.
Strong Stakeholder and Team/Project Management skills
Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
Self-confident to challenge traditional thinking when necessary
Proactive, can-do, problem solver, “nothing’s impossible”, team player attitude
Great relationship builder - ability to quickly form working relationships, gain credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
Great analytics mindset with the capability to report in a simple and concise way
Experience in process mapping will be a significant advantage
